- can compete on a global scale

RNIP (The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot)
The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot is a community-driven program.
If you have a job in one of the participating communities and your employer can give you a job offer you can apply for community recommendation. Once approved, you can apply for your Permanent residency.
